Band Biography for the temps:

Hot and sweaty rock and roll - the kind that has sounded at home everywhere from the front bar of the local to the world's largest arenas since the 70's. The Temps are its latest exponents, and though they mightn't be rockin' stadiums just yet, you might've been lucky enough to catch them bringing their original dose of classic hard rock to any one of Adelaide's finest live music venues after they formed in 2006.

Quickly establishing a stable of original tracks that feel right at home next to the odd cover of Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and co, the temps headed to the studio in August 2006 to put 5 of their finest on record. This State of Mind Demo quickly sold through its first production run, and a second pressing has been keeping the fans happy since.

What makes all this so impressive, however, is that The Temps have managed all this while still finishing school in their hometown of Adelaide, Australia. That's right - the four members of The Temps are only 17 and 18 years old. Barely old enough to drive and some too young to buy their own drinks, The Temps prove rock knows no age barrier.

Angus Kiley and Andrew Zavaglia have been jamming together since they were little tackers, and with drumming prodigy Liam Cockshell for a few years now. With the addition of Ryan Hutcheson on bass and vocals in 2005 the boys clicked, and have been feverishly writing tracks and playing gigs to literally capacity crowds since - some so packed out that security has unfortunately had to turn punters away.

The Temps released their first fully fledged EP, Seconds to Freedom in Novemeber 2007.
