Band Biography for Tsienna:

Tsienna are an electro indie dance quartet from Leeds, UK,
who's sound is described by Vibrations magazine as
"...underneath the layers of exploding guitars it's dancey
as fuck!".

Following sessions at Yy Dol in North Wales, Tsienna have
finished recording their Disco Tek It Easy EP with Lee J.
Malcolm (Vessels) & release dates are being planned for 2010.
Tsienna are heading straight back to the studio to record
their next EP & to remix their own tunes to make
available as online releases.

Tsienna have worked with the SoundPeople record label,
appearing at Moor Music Festival 2009, they have been
approached by Dead Young Records to appear on a 2010
compilation album of their favourite Leeds bands, and were
also approached by Resurrecting Records to appear at the
South by Southwest Music Festival 2010 in Austin, Texas, USA,
with a view to showcasing their tunes in Japan & Dubai.

Closer to home, Tsienna have appeared with The Courteeners,
Reverand & The Makers, The Crimea, The Longcut, Bonehead
(Oasis) and Infrasound among others, and are currently in talks
to play some major gigs this year.

Tsienna have made their tunes available to listen to online at
www.tsienna.com. These include Disco Tek It Easy EP, a
Vessels remix of One Love, and also available is Tsienna's
haunting 3am acoustic set recorded live for East Leeds FM in a
disused chapel on the outskirts of Leeds. These special
versions of Aciid and One Love are only available online.
