Screaming Banshee Aircrew first played for us at the Subculture (or "Bassment" as it was then) six years ago, since then they've released three albums, various video and ep releases, and generally gone on to take the UK goth scene by storm. Originally from Yorkshire (where else?!), these legends now stand on the verge of world domination with the release of their fourth album... and we're incredibly chuffed that they've chosen Leeds to host the offical launch party! Probably the most flamboyant live band in country, this is your opportunity to get "Sugar" before anyone else!
Support comes from Luxury Stranger, who draw on the darkness of post-punk, the theatre of 70s glam (Bowie/Eno/Reed/Pop) and the commerciality of 80s new wave, evoking both The Chameleons and The Cure along the way.
