Jon Palmer and Wendy Ross are both part of the critically acclaimed 6 piece folk/rock group the Jon Palmer Acoustic Band regularly playing festivals and venues across the North of England, where they have a strong and growing reputation as an energetic live act. The band’s most recent album, ‘The Silences In Between’ received 5 star ratings in the national music press. Their new album “One Fine Day” is due to be released on 3/4/2020. Together as a duo they are musically a stripped back version of the full band. Jon’s songs, pretty much just as they were written with voice and guitar, and Wendy adding expert violin and second vocal. Jon is a former winner of the Grolsch UK Songwriter of the Year Award and is a published songwriter. Wendy is an experienced and versatile violinist who also performs and tours with folk/rock legends, Magna Carta.
