Leeds-based solo project The 113 and his newest single ‘Idle’. Hailing its name from the Leeds phone area code where Jack Grant resides, The 113 is a conjuration of a dark and visceral post-punk. The genre-bending project combines heavy guitars and racing rhythms, with cathartic, emphatic melodies. For a solo project, the timbre is incredibly rich, layering textures
that spike a curiosity into future live performances. Hitting the ground running since its incipience at the end of 2021, The 113 have already put out 4 innovative singles and plans are already put in place for the future with a live band preparing for gigs.
